Purchase of the Resilience Over Burnout eBook is required to earn CMTE units. If you have already purchased the eBook, and would like to only purchase access to the CMTE units, please email info@harmonyresource.com. Purchase of eBook will be verified for CMTE certificate.
Refund Policy:
A full refund will be given within 90 days of purchase to any music therapy professional, intern, or student who purchased the eBook, completed and submitted the workbook exercises, and was not satisfied with the eBook.
Grievance Policy and Procedure:
The mission of The Harmony Resource specific to Continuing Music Therapy Education (CMTE) is to contribute to music therapists’ own mental health, clinical practice, and self-care practices.
Participants have the right to file a grievance regarding course content, delivery, assignments, instruction, or technical issues. A grievance may be filed by emailing info@harmonyresource.com. The Approved Provider will address the grievance within 30 days and will take appropriate action to resolve the grievance.
Participants have the right to appeal decisions made by the Approved Provider regarding the grievance. An appeal may be emailed to info@harmonyresource.com, and the Approved Provider will review the appeal within 30 days. Participants have the right to have unresolved grievances addressed by CBMT’s Continuing Education Committee.
